Concierge - 24 hours

Our concierge services are presented in three packages: Silver-care, Garnet-care and Crystal-care.

Silver-Care *complimentary for all the guests staying at 5* properties arriving by our transport.  
Concierge services from 09:00 to 17:00. 
- Meet and Greet. Welcome meeting with SD concierge upon arrival at the hotel - who will give dining recommendations, reserve best tables and assist with booking excursions, tickets to the theatres, concerts, etc.
- Welcome set with Czech specialties 
- Mobile phone with a local SIM card for the whole stay in Prague (upon request)
-  Special "on the way home" set to brighten up your departure back home. 
Rate: 100 EUR per day except for our guests staying at 5* properties arriving by our transport. 

Garnet-Care
The same as Silver-care plus 
- Accompanying in the city, a restaurant, a club, a cafe, a theatre or an exhibition (2 hours per day)
... (Did you already buy tickets but your companion has an urgent matter and is not available? Does your companion have an urgent business but theatre tickets have already been bought? Or you simply do not want to go out alone? Our concierge will keep you company, familiarize you with the libretto, tell you about the history of the theatre, engage in small talk and show you around the city.
- Purchase delivery
... Have you bought a painting or a crystal-glass vase but do not want to interrupt your walk around the city because of your heavy purchases? Give our business card to the shop assistant and your purchase will be in your room even before you return to the hotel.
- Urgent purchase and delivery upon client's request
... We will be glad to buy any goods upon your request and deliver them or prepare a picnic basket according to your wishes (fresh fruit, flowers, champagne, etc.)
Anniversary celebrations or decorating the room with flowers can be arranged at any time.
- First aid kit
Prague pharmacies do not work at the weekend but we have everything necessary in our first aid kit.
- Individual shopping customer support (2 hours).
Our specialist will accompany you to the local boutiques and jewelry stores will show where you can buy famous Czech garnet and Bohemian crystal-glass.
- „SPA expert“
What about a real Balinese massage in the European capital or the most luxurious SPA in a former Renaissance chapel? Our concierge knows the best places to relax. You also can enjoy your massage in your hotel room.
Rate: 200 EUR per day 

Crystal-Care
The same as Garnet-care plus

Your companion has a birthday or you just want to make a surprise for your partner? SD Prague always knows how to impress.
- "Open doors day"
Even during off-hours we will be able to open many boutiques and shops only for you.
- Interpreter’s services
Our concierge will help you to negotiate with an antique seller about an acceptable price or simply chat with the locals. Or maybe you will want to meet with a famous artist or a musician for a cup of tea?
• Meeting with a chef
It is always a pleasure to get to know a famous chef and try his exquisite dishes.
